During the first week of March 2014 the construction of the villa is in steady progress, erecting of the foundation and the super structure is starting to take form. We have submitted the required application to Caribbean Utility Company in order to provide electricity to the plot.

Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd., known locally as “CUC”is Grand Caymans only public Electricity Company who have been proving electricity to the island since 1966, today they are considered one of the most reliable electricity companies in the Caribbean.

The scope of the work for the water & drainage has been put together, the proposed roadbed will be jackhammered and compacted using shot rock primary base, rock road for the secondary layer and crusher run compacted ready for the final paving.

Whilst the construction takes place Oasis are starting to consider the style of the interior design the Hampton will include, a minimalistic, modern yet Caribbean style that be the makeup of the villa.
