John has served as a property consultant for Oasis Land Development Ltd since 2014 and was appointed director in July 2019. He advises on local market conditions, construction, property management, and the promotion and sales of properties across the Cayman Islands.
A native of the Cayman Islands, John holds a Business and Management Diploma from the Cayman Islands Community College. He brings in-depth knowledge of the community, property markets, and land development, along with a decade of volunteer work in East End sports, cultural affairs, and environmental conservation.

Blake has worked across real estate and sales for many years and has been with Oasis since the start. During his time with Oasis, Blake travelled across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Asia assisting customers on their Cayman Islands journey. In his free time, Blake is a huge sports enthusiast who regularly pushes himself to new levels.
Anwar has worked for Oasis for over 15 years. Anwar relocated from China to the United Kingdom to keep up with the incredible demand in Western markets. Anwar's passion for exercise and activity helps him meet his daily fitness goals.
John fell in love with the Cayman Islands upon his first visit. With a strong passion for the Oasis opportunity, John collaborates with purchasers worldwide. A devoted Liverpool FC supporter, John has a season ticket and frequently goes to games to show support for his team.
Devin has worked for Oasis for over 5 years and has made a big impact in online expansion. He joined the team after graduating with a degree in film production. Devin plays an important role in managing international campaigns, and his creative background drives innovative marketing initiatives.
Ellie has been a valuable member of the Oasis team for a decade, recently focusing on Cayman Islands transaction coordination. Her extensive experience in the Cayman Islands has honed her skills, making her an invaluable part of the company.
Vipin joins Oasis as a Cayman Islands Marketing Advisor, bringing over nine years of experience across real estate, property sales, marketing and client relationship management. With a strong understanding of the property sector and international markets, he brings valuable experience to supporting purchasers throughout their journey with Oasis.
Although one of the newest members of the team, Vipin’s calm and approachable manner has already been well received by purchasers, helping them feel comfortable and informed as they explore land ownership in the Cayman Islands.
Alison joins Oasis as an Accounts Assistant, bringing over 15 years of experience working in accounting roles and a wealth of knowledge to the team. Although a recent addition to Oasis, her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience have already made her a valued member of the team.
Alongside her career in accounts, Alison holds a degree in Psychology and is currently studying towards her Master’s in Psychology, demonstrating her continued passion for learning and development.
