Oasis Land Development Construction Breaks Ground

Oasis Land Development are thrilled to announce the news that we have broke ground on the development of our “The Hampton Villa”

The Hampton Villa is one of Oasis’ 4 signature architectural villa designs which our plot owners have the option of using. Oasis have been busy preparing and planning the construction work alongside one of the Cayman Island construction companies, and are eager to see the finished result.

The Hampton Villa is being constructed on our own development called Sun Coast, and the Hampton is being built on a plot which is second line to the ocean. The development is located on the North Side of Grand Cayman and will form part of our own sub-division.

CEO of Oasis Land Development said “As part of our business development, I feel that now was the right time to build, we have chosen to construct on one of our own sub-divisions on Grand Cayman which will allow us to complete infrastructure such as roads on the development whilst constructing the villa”

Oasis are in the early stages of the development, the trenching for the waterline and clearing of the plot where underway in February ready for the super structure which we intend to start erecting in March. We are hoping this will be complete around the middle of April.

Once Oasis have completed the construction of the Hampton we will start preparation for our 2nd construction “The Monte Carlo” which will also form part of Sun Coast Development.

We plan to announce later in the year our build finance that will be available for existing clients; we will keep you updated on the progress.
