While much of the work we have planned will occur behind the scenes—such as implementing new software, enhancing our website, expanding our team, and more—these endeavours will undoubtedly enhance the client experience when working with Oasis.

The seminar served as a momentous occasion, providing the entire team with valuable insights into our future plans and allowing us to celebrate not only Oasis’ milestone but also the individual achievements of team members who have been with us from the very beginning, such as Cayman advisors Anwar and Blake.
Undoubtedly, the most memorable aspect of our celebrations was the company trip to the breathtaking Cayman Islands. While our UK office frequently travels to the islands, it was an extraordinary experience for the team to visit together. Advisors John Graham, Bhavesh, and Anwar spent several days exploring all three islands in early July. Contrary to popular belief, their time was not solely spent relaxing on the beach with cocktails in hand. Instead, they toured the developments, creating videos for clients, conducting FaceTime sessions with freehold lot owners to provide updates, and capturing captivating content for future clients at various local hot spots.
Of course, everyone needs a moment to unwind (even if reluctantly, as is the case with our advisors). We made the most of our visit by embarking on exciting adventures both on land and in the sea! One of the highlights was a boat trip to the iconic Stingray City, followed by a visit to Starfish Point and an exploration of the vibrant coral reefs, where we were fortunate (or perhaps not) enough to spot a barracuda!
