In 2008, Oasis faced our first major challenge when we launched during the onset of the Great Recession. The Middle East, one of Oasis’ primary target markets, was significantly impacted. With foresight, Oasis made the strategic decision to shift its operations to Asia in 2009. This move proved to be a turning point as Oasis thrived in the Asian market. Expanding our network, Oasis established offices in Beijing, Chengdu, Dalian, Shanghai, and various other territories across Asia. Furthermore, Oasis fostered connections in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and throughout Europe.
Reflecting on the past 15 years, the growth and accomplishments of Oasis are remarkable. Today, Oasis Land Development Ltd is recognised as one of the leading land developers in the Cayman Islands. Notably, the sold-out Selworthy Grove stands as a testament to Oasis’ success, comprising the largest community on Cayman Brac, with over 311 freehold building plots. Oasis has facilitated the sale of numerous Cayman Islands freehold building plots, including hotel developments on Little Cayman, ocean-front land parcels across Cayman Brac, and captivating garden view developments on the East End of Grand Cayman, as well as the iconic bluff top of Cayman Brac.

Since 2012, Oasis has also demonstrated our commitment to charitable causes, raising over £30,000.00 through various endeavour’s, from Tough Mudder challenges to marathons. This philanthropic initiative showcases the values and compassion at the core of Oasis’ operations.
