Signature One December Update

We hope this letter finds you well. Signature Cayman Ltd wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our staff around the globe.

Christmas here in Cayman is always a magical and beautiful time of year. With the Christmas breeze blowing across the island, palm trees sparkling with lights, festivity is in the air. The people of Grand Cayman make up for lack of snow and cold with plenty of holiday activities, festive decorations and the warmest Christmas spirit embodied by their very own Caribbean Santa in shorts and flip flops.
Speaking of Santa, The Santa Run is going virtual this year! Support Cayman Food Bank by registering for the virtual run and participating in a three-mile course (two loops) that starts and ends on the Camana Bay Crescent, or a three-mile route of your choosing across the island, which you can do on your own time.
New Year’s Eve is one of the biggest nights of the year in Cayman! Those looking to ring in the new year will find a huge range of party options from beach parties and black tie events to live music and gourmet dinners. Alternatively get a bunch of friends together and decamp to Seven Mile Beach to watch the magnificent fireworks displays at midnight.
In the meanwhile, we would like to thank our hard-working construction team who have been working against the clock on Signature One for completion on phases one and two. Please allow us to walk you through what has been happening at Signature One.
Let’s start from November 26. The Eastern and half of the Southern roads are awaiting inspection. The remaining southern as well as western roads are being brought up to the required levels.
On Dec 2, paving to the East Road & half of South Road are completed. The surveyors have been to Signature One to provide the parcel markers.
On December 14, compaction to the remaining half of the south road, as well as the east, is complete.
In addition to our works on Signature One, the company has also been building several properties over other developments. Here is one of Berkley properties which is expected to be fully complete by the beginning of 2022.
We also have another Berkley and a Malibu Property currently under construction in Grand Cayman, the pictures below are a snipped of the construction process.
As always, we are happy to bring you the latest updates on the infrastructure of Signature One (Phase 1 and 2) which is expected to be complete in February 2022.
