HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PLAN WORK?
Oasis’ payment plan is a simple phased schedule for collecting payments. This way, you can spread out the cost of your investment over time. Once you have paid your initial reservation and deposit (our
reservations are $2,000/£2,000 and our deposits are up to 40% of the investment value). The balance of your investment (otherwise known as the completion balance) will be spread out monthly or quarterly, over a maximum of five years. If you choose to go with monthly payments, those will start one month after you have exchanged your Agreement of Purchase & Sale in the Cayman Islands. Your payments will begin three months after you have exchanged your Agreement of Purchase & Sale if you choose the quarterly payment plan.

WHO PROVIDES THE PAYMENT PLAN?
The payment plan is provided by us the developer, Oasis Land Development Limited BC#214607 of PO BOX 10335, Governors Square, 23 Lime Tree Bay Avenue, Grand Cayman KY1-1003, Cayman Islands. Oasis is not associated with any banks or financial institutions.
HOW DOES THE INTEREST WORK?
With this payment plan, you won’t accrue any interest, no matter the length of your payments, how much you put down as a deposit, or the purchase price.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Our payment plans do not require a credit check or status checks, and we complete Anti Money Laundering checks on all individuals and companies. We require all purchasers to also take a Biometrics Test to validate identity.
