How does the payment plan work for our Cayman Island Real Estate?
Oasis’s Land Development’s payment plan is a multi-step schedule for collecting payments for the cost of your Cayman Island Real Estate with Oasis Land Development Ltd. Once you have paid the initial reservation and deposit which secures the land and takes the land off the international market (our reservation fee is $2,000/£2,000, our deposits are bespoke to suit you up to a maximum of 40% of the investment value, you choose the deposit which is suitable to you). The balance of your investment (called the completion balance) the balance is then spread equally over either monthly or quarterly payments (which you will choose), to a maximum of five years. If you choose a monthly payment plan, your Cayman Island Real Estate payment plan will start one month after your Agreement of Purchase and Sale has been exchanged in the Cayman Islands. If you choose a quarterly payment plan your payments will start three months after your Agreement of Purchase and Sale has been exchanged in the Cayman Islands. Oasis’s ocean front land and Signature One land is not eligible for zero percent deposits.

WHO PROVIDES THE PAYMENT PLAN?
The Cayman Island Real Estate payment plan is provided by us the developer, Oasis Land Development Limited BC#214607 of PO BOX 10335, Governors Square, 23 Lime Tree Bay Avenue, Grand Cayman KY1-1003, Cayman Islands or Signature Cayman Limited #330122 of the same address. We do not use any banks, financial institutes, or financial backing for our payment plans.
HOW DOES THE INTEREST WORK?
The payment plan is provided interest-free regardless of your payment length, deposit value, or purchase price.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Our payment plans are non-status and we do not need to complete credit checks. We do, however, complete stringent Anti Money Laundering checks on all individuals and companies. We also require all purchasers to complete a virtual Biometrics Test to validate your identity.
