Whilst we consider all plots of land that Oasis has secured represent excellent value for money, those who act fastest will acquire plots in the more favorable locations.
Contact a member of our sales team and, after deciding on your plot, pay a £1,000.00/US$1,620.00 reservation fee. We will remove your chosen plot from the market for 14 days.
A deposit of 15% or 20% (depending on your chosen plot) of the plot purchase price is then payable to Oasis Land Development within 14 days of the date you sign/submit the reservation notice.
To comply with UK Anti money-laundering regulations, we will need a certified copy of your passport or photo ID and proof of your address by production of a copy of a current utility bill (dated within the last three months) with your deposit.
You will then be issued with the Agreement of Purchase and Sale which you need to sign and return to us. (Example copies are downloadable from our website before you make your decision to purchase.)
Your Agreement of Purchase and Sale is sent to our lawyers in the Cayman Islands where full unconditional exchange of contracts (Agreements) takes place.
You then simply pay your quarterly payments, as per your payment plan as detailed in your Purchase Agreement. All buyers can apply to receive the full title deed, conveying sole freehold ownership of the purchased plot once all payments have been made.
