Small island with a big heart
As its name suggests, Little Cayman is the smallest of the Cayman trio – measuring just 10 miles (16.09 kilometres) long by 1 mile (1.69 kilometres) wide. But its size doesn’t stop it from having a lot to offer, including no less than 40 historic and nature sites to explore. Off the beaten path, exclusive, remote, largely undeveloped, small and serene with friendly people and sun-drenched seclusion ... Little Cayman is sure to lure you in.
Total relaxation
With a resident population of less than 150, most of Little Cayman remains uninhabited. Here, shy iguanas and rare birds outnumber humans. Needless to say, this tropical wilderness offers privacy, deserted sparkling beaches and total relaxation.
Truly legendary diving
For the more energetic, divers will delight in the legendary diving on Little Cayman. There are more than 50 dive sites on offer, including Bloody Bay Wall and Jackson Point. At Bloody Bay Marine Park – universally considered one of the best places on the planet to dive – the vertical coral wall begins at 20 feet (6.10 metres),plunging to a whopping 6,000 feet (1.83 kilometres). With exotic tropical fish, coral gardens and sea plumes, Little Cayman presents a truly spectacular diving experience.
Record-breakers
Anglers too, are drawn to this tiny island and many have gone on to reel in some world-recordbreaking catches. Excellent bonefish and permit, both caught in the flats, and tarpon, reeled in from brackish tarpon lake, challenge top anglers all year round.
Attractive opportunity
In view of the island being home to the world’s leading wall-diving facility, and the number of visitors that brings to the island, Little Cayman real estate makes for an attractive opportunity.
