Principal Agent

Agents who work with Oasis Land Development have a legal agreement with the Company to market our products. They run their own business recruiting their own Sub Agents. Oasis provide training for Principal Agents and Sub Agents.

Sub Agent

A Sub Agent works for a Principal Agent and is paid commision by the Principal Agent on any sales they make. The Sub Agent works directly for the Principal Agent not Oasis Land Development.

Referrers

A Referrer is someone who provides their list of contacts to a Principal Agent for them to contact, in order to offer them the opportunity to purchase a plot of land. A Referrer receives a fee at a rate agreed in advance between the Principal Agent and Referrer. The Referral fees are paid directly by the Principal Agent not Oasis Land Development.

Estate Agents

Oasis works closely with a selected number of Estate Agents through its Principal Agents. Oasis provide all the marketing material and training, and pay commission in relation to any sales which are generated by them. What makes this an attractive opportunity is the fact that Estate Agents are paid quickly, normally within 30 days of a customer signing a Reservation Notice.

Distributor

A Distributor purchases plots directly from Oasis.There is a minimum order level of 4 plots of land.The Distributor rebrands their purchased plots selling them onto their own clients. To find out further details and discount levels please contact Oasis directly.
